Hi, I’m Adrienne—a therapist, mom, wife, a hobby tap dancer, beginner piano player, and passionate believer in integrative mental health.
I discovered neurofeedback in 2021—not as a therapist, but as a person who had tried everything to manage anxiety. For as long as I could remember, my stomach would twist into knots whenever something new was coming—public speaking, social events, even just Mondays. I practiced every skill I knew: deep breathing, coping ahead, reframing my thoughts. But no matter how calm my mind felt, my body stayed stuck in anxiety.
A fellow clinician recommended neurofeedback, and it changed everything. Within months, the nausea that had followed me my whole life was simply… gone. And it hasn’t come back.
That experience lit a fire in me. I’ve been a therapist for many years, so I know I’m not alone in this. So many people are doing all the right things in therapy—but their nervous system is still in overdrive. Sometimes, talk therapy isn’t enough. Sometimes, we need a reset.
That’s what neurofeedback offers.
Now, through MindSync Neurotraining, I help clients train their brains from the comfort of home, using QEEG-guided neurofeedback to support lasting balance, calm, and emotional resilience.
